What You Get

Every order, every time —
guaranteed.

GlobalG.A.P. on every farm
BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GRASP, and SMETA across the network. Certificate copies travel with every consignment and the carton QR maps back to farm, inspector, and harvest date.
Reefer and air, not promises
Alexandria / Port Said / Damietta for sea, Cairo International for air. Each reefer carries a GPS temperature logger; setpoint is declared on the B/L per product. 40+ destinations active.
Plan six months ahead
Season calendar for every product on the site. Next-season pricing opens ~4 months before harvest — useful if you're negotiating shelf space with a retailer or budgeting an L/C line with your bank.
Named sourcing manager
One person from quote through arrival, reachable on WhatsApp or Telegram 07:00–17:00 Cairo time. They know the farm, the cultivar, and the reefer — and they sign the 48-hour dispute window.
AFRICAFRESH EXPORT operations desk — dual-monitor shipping spreadsheet and pricing dashboard, packing list, sample tray on a side bench
One sourcing manager per shipment. From quote to arrival, your contract sits on the same desk — shipping schedule, pricing dashboard, sample QC, and the WhatsApp / Telegram thread where you reach the same name 07:00–17:00 Cairo time.
